1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (email, name), uploaded CSV files containing company domains, and your scoring preferences. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions and credit consumption for service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provide the Service: analyzing leads, generating scores and outreach suggestions, and maintaining your account. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Uploaded CSV data and analysis results are retained for 90 days after processing, after which they are automatically deleted. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication, hosting, and payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.
6. AI Assistants and API Access
You can connect Eaglecross to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude (through our MCP server) or use it from your own tools with an API key. A connected assistant can only access your Eaglecross account after you sign in and approve it, and only to read your account, presets, jobs, and leads, start lead research, rewrite icebreakers, and cancel jobs. The lead details you or the assistant send are processed exactly like a CSV upload. We receive only the tool requests needed to perform these actions, never your conversations with the assistant. You can disconnect an assistant from its settings and revoke API keys in Settings → API & MCP at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@eaglecross.xyz.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
